NO FILLER PLATE REQUIRED - K-1315 R5 IS THE MOST UP TO DATE KIT FOR THIS PANEL CONFIGURATION
This Kit performs like a manual transfer switch for Siemens / Square D electrical panels with the following features:
- Single breaker column
- Meter main combo
- The main breaker sits amongst the other breakers within the breaker column
- The breaker column is about 5/8" from the left edge of the panel
- 150-200 amp main breaker: K-1610 works with TWO OR FOUR pole breakers
- Main breaker toggle action: horizontal (left-right) throw direction ON & OFF
Requirements:
- Install a generator breaker directly above/below the main breaker and filler plate (part provided)
- Page four of the installation instructions includes a list of contents for Kit K-1610
Modified versions of this Interlock Kit exist, see: Kit K-1315 if the breakers are throwing ON the opposite direction
