How do I return an item?
At Generator Interlock Technologies, we are here to help you. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we will exchange or refund your purchase within 30 calendar days. The items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”.
- The first choice is buying the correct kit needed and we will issue a return label with the new package. We will then issue the refund as soon as we receive the return package.
- The second option is to have the customer take care of shipping back to us. We would then take care of shipping out the correct part as soon as we receive the original.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us at questions@interlockkit.com or 804-726-2448. If we shipped you the wrong product by our mistake, we will gladly pay for the return shipping.
